Individual Strengths Assessment
- The Reflected Best Self Strengths Assessment – BDC Impact will offer the Reflected Best Self Exercise, developed at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. RBS will require participants to solicit strengths-based feedback from both professional colleagues and personal friends. Through RBS, respondents are asked to describe when they have seen the participant “at their best.” RBS can stand alone as a tested strengths-based approach to leadership assessment, or serve as a strong supplement to whatever assessment tools an organization may already be using.
