Jonathan Fullerton is a Principal with BDC Advisors and BDC Impact. He offers clients sixteen years of experience in the health care industry as a researcher, lecturer, strategic consultant and business development leader. Previously Jonathan served as Managing Director of The Advisory Board Company. During his tenure Jonathan participated in the development and launch of an analytics-based product designed to support hospitals in managing the cost of employee health benefits. He also served as one of the firm's National Spokesmen, delivering a wide range of proven best practices to executive and board audiences across the country. Jonathan also supported the launch of the firm's Nursing Executive Center, a membership program designed to arm nurse executives with proven best practices to improve the efficiency, clinical expertise and leadership capabilities of hospital nursing systems. Prior to that Jonathan was Marketing Research Lead at Amgen, one of the nation's largest biotechnology firms, where he supported branding, marketing and launch of Aranesp.

Neal Hogan is a Managing Director of BDC Advisors and BDC Impact. Neal brings more than 15 years of experience in senior executive roles with specific focus on corporate and business strategy, organization design, leadership development, board management, academic programs and marketing and sales programs. Prior to joining BDC Advisors Neal served as Managing Director and Principal of the Advisory Board Company. While at the Advisory Board Company he created the Advisory Board Academies, which now serves 30,000 people annually through four programs. Neal also developed the model for H*Works, a consulting practice with the Advisory Board that grew to $25 million in revenues in two years. Neal previously was a lecturer and teaching fellow at Harvard University, where he taught seminars in the history of science with a focus on 20th century history and sociology of medicine.

Conor O'Brien is a Senior Advisor with BDC Impact. Mr. O'Brien's career spans 25 years of strategy, process and technology work in government and industry. Before joining BDC Impact he was a Senior Director of The Advisory Board Company. Mr. O'Brien was a faculty member in The Advisory Board's Academies practice, teaching strategy, operations and finance to some 1,400 executives during his tenure there. Prior to that he spent six years with the U.S. General Accounting Office, the audit and investigative arm of Congress, where he worked on public finance and technology issues domestically and throughout Asia. Separately, he was a process management consultant with clients in the health-payer and government sectors, mapping and optimizing core business processes in advance of custom software rollouts.
