Participant Mix and Cohort Selection

BDC Impact health care leadership development solutions are designed for strong, emerging leaders with either clinical or nonclinical responsibilities.

Participants may include physician chiefs and subspecialty chiefs, nursing officers, leaders from physician network organizations as well as high performing/high potential Directors, Senior Directors, or Vice Presidents across a range of functional areas.

Cohorts require a minimum of 20 participants. Ideal cohort size is between 20-40 participants assuming proper classroom space. BDC Impact will work with each organization to ensure the right size cohort and mix of participants to maximize learning and execution of strategy.
